Corenexis does not collect or store any personal or public information from users who use our media sharing platform. Users can upload and share files without registration, and we do not associate files with individual identities. We only track basic usage analytics such as approximate geolocation and user count to monitor platform performance.
However, as the service does not require login, uploaded files are associated with a unique file ID. While we generate highly randomized and complex file IDs to protect user data, we are not liable if someone accesses your file through such means. Corenexis utilizes various advertising and analytics services across our products, particularly on Corenexis Blog (blog.corenexis.com), Corenexis Tools (tools.corenexis.com), and Corenexis CDN (cdn.corenexis.com).
We use analytics tools, including Google Analytics and other third-party analytics platforms, to understand how users interact with our services. These tools collect information such as pages visited, time spent on pages, click patterns, features used, device information, and approximate geographic location. Our services are not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

Corenexis Accounts (accounts.corenexis.com) lets you sign in to third-party applications using your Corenexis account, so you do not need a separate password for each one. When you do this, a limited amount of your profile information is shared with that application. This section explains exactly what, and how you stay in control of it.
The first time you sign in to an application, we show you a consent screen naming the application and listing precisely what it will receive. No information is released until you press Continue on that screen. If you cancel, nothing is shared and no connection is created.
An application only ever receives the categories it was granted, and only after your approval:
Applications registered by developers through our self-service Developer area are limited to profile, email and locale. That limit is enforced by our servers, not by the application, so a developer cannot widen it by changing their request.
Applications built by people and companies other than Corenexis are labelled Third-party app on the consent screen. Some applications carry a Verified badge instead: that means a person at Corenexis reviewed the application's identity, website and policies. Verification is a statement about that review only — it does not give an application any additional data, permission or access.
When you connect to a third-party application, that application becomes an independent controller of the information it receives, and its own privacy policy governs what it then does with it. We link to that policy on the consent screen. We are not responsible for an application's own handling of your data, which is why we ask you to read what you are approving.
Every application you have connected is listed under Connected apps in your account, with the date you connected it. Removing one there immediately revokes its access and signs it out; it can no longer call our APIs for your data, and you will be asked to approve again if you ever reconnect. You can also review and sign out individual devices and sessions under Devices.
Withdrawing access stops any further sharing. It does not, by itself, delete information the application already received — for that, contact the application's own operator using the details in their privacy policy.
The reverse also applies. If you choose to sign in to Corenexis using one of these providers, we receive from them only your identifier at that provider, your name and (where available) your email address, and we use it solely to create or recognise your Corenexis account. We do not post anything to those accounts and we do not receive your password for them. Where a provider does not give us an email address, we ask you for one and verify it ourselves. You can disconnect any of these providers from Settings → Security, provided you keep at least one other way to sign in.
This section applies to every mobile game and app published by Corenexis on Google Play and other app stores (each an "App"). It covers all our current and future Apps. The Apps available today, and the third-party services each one uses, are listed below.

Our Apps do not require an account unless an App says otherwise, and we do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos or precise location through them. Game progress, settings and unlocked items are stored on your device and are not sent to us.
Some features of our Apps are provided by third-party services, which collect and process data under their own privacy policies. Only the services listed for an App in the table above are used by that App.
We do not receive data from these services in a form that identifies you.
Apps that show ads use Google AdMob. The same Corenexis AdMob publisher account serves ads across all our Apps, so Google may use advertising data to limit how often you see an ad and to measure ads across the Corenexis Apps you have installed. Rewarded ads, for example to unlock a hint, are always optional. You can reset your advertising ID or turn off personalised ads at any time in your device settings (Settings > Google > Ads, or Settings > Privacy > Ads, depending on your device). Where the law requires it, for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, you will be asked for consent before personalised ads are shown.
Our Apps request only the device permissions their features need, such as internet access to load ads, the advertising ID permission for ads, and vibration for haptic feedback. They do not access your storage, camera, microphone, contacts or location unless an App clearly asks for a feature that needs it.
Data stored on your device stays there until you reset it inside the App, clear the App's data, or uninstall the App, which deletes it. For data held by third-party services, see their policies linked above. You can also contact us at [email protected] about any of our Apps.
Our Apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children, as described in the Children's Privacy section above.
We may occasionally receive requests from public authorities — police, regulators, courts or other government bodies — for information about our users. We treat these seriously and narrowly. The following practices apply to every such request we receive.
Each request is reviewed before any response is given, to confirm that it comes from an authority with jurisdiction over us, that it is properly issued under a specific law, and that it is valid on its face. We do not disclose user information on an informal or verbal request. Where the law requires a particular instrument — a warrant, a court order or a formal written demand — we require that instrument.
Where we believe a request is unlawful, overbroad, vague or inconsistent with applicable law or with our users' rights, we will push back — by asking the authority to narrow or clarify it, by requiring a proper legal instrument, or by challenging it through the appropriate legal channel. We may seek legal advice before responding.
Where we are legally required to respond, we disclose only the specific information the request actually compels, and no more. We do not provide bulk or open-ended access to user data, and we do not volunteer additional information beyond the scope of the request.
We keep an internal record of each request we receive: the authority making it, its date and legal basis, the information sought, the legal reasoning applied, who at Corenexis handled it, and what — if anything — was disclosed.
Where we are legally permitted to do so, we will notify the affected user before disclosing their information, so that they have an opportunity to seek their own legal remedy. We will not give that notice where a law or a court order prohibits it, or where we believe there is a risk of harm to a person.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
